Ingredients:

  • potato tubers - 1.2 kg;
  • fresh tomatoes - 0.25 kg;
  • carrots - 1 root crop;
  • semolina - 3 table. spoons;
  • minced meat - 0.4 kg;
  • sour cream;
  • mustard - 2 tsp. spoons;
  • fresh dill;
  • chicken egg - 2 pieces;
  • refined vegetable oil;
  • salt, a mixture of ground peppers;
  • garlic cloves - 3 pieces.

Cooking:

  1. First, we will prepare the products according to the list. We cook minced meat ourselves from meat pulp or use a semi-finished product.
  2. We clean the garlic cloves and onion. Finely chop the vegetables with a knife.
  3. Grate peeled carrots on a medium grater. You can use frozen carrots.
  4. Peel the potato tubers and wash thoroughly. Grind the potatoes in a blender or on a small grater.
  5. Minced meat, which you have chosen to taste, season with salt and a mixture of ground peppers.
  6. Mix well and roll into small balls.
  7. We wash fresh tomatoes, cut into cubes. If desired, you can remove the skin from them.
  8. Heat refined vegetable oil in a frying pan. We send onions and carrots to the pan and pass the vegetables until tender.
  9. Put the mustard in a separate bowl. Add sour cream, semolina and chicken eggs.
  10. Whisk all ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  11. Wash the dill, dry and chop. Add the dill to the sauce and mix again.

  12. Stir everything vigorously and add the fried carrot-onion mixture.
  13. Mix again until smooth. The base of our casserole is ready.
  14. Grease the bottom and sides of the baking sheet with oil. Spread the base of the casserole evenly.

Ingredients:

  • filtered water - 0.6 liters;
  • pork pulp - 0.5 kg;
  • potato tubers - 0.5 kg;
  • tomato sauce or pasta - 3 table. spoons;
  • refined vegetable oil - 2 table. spoons;
  • onion - 0.1 kg;
  • garlic cloves - 1-2 pieces;
  • bay leaf - 2 pieces;
  • wheat flour of the highest grade - 1 table. the spoon;
  • salt - ½ tsp. spoons;
  • granulated sugar and ground allspice - a pinch each.

Cooking:


I propose to cook meatballs with potatoes in the oven, which will become a full breakfast or dinner. It is enough to supplement this dish with a salad or fresh vegetables and serve. Even an inexperienced hostess can cook meatballs with potatoes, because they are prepared quite simply. You can use any minced meat for meatballs, it is best to take mixed.

To prepare a dish, prepare from the list necessary products.

Put the minced meat in a bowl: I used minced meat from 70% beef and 30% pork. Add salt, pepper and seasoning to your liking. I like to add seasoning to barbecue. Finely chop the onion, garlic and also add to the minced meat, break the egg. Onion I added half, garlic - 1 clove.

3. Prepare minced meat for meatballs - twist the prepared chicken meat through a meat grinder, you can with onions. Chicken pieces should be small so it is easier to twist. Salt the minced meat (3/4 tsp. salt), add spices to taste and mix.

4. Pour oil into a hot frying pan and after a couple of minutes transfer the potatoes, salt and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. While the potatoes are fried, peel and finely chop the onions.

6. Send the chopped onion to the pan, mix and fry with the potatoes for another 5 minutes.
