I hereby consent to the processing of Media Travel Advertising LLC (TIN 7705523242, OGRN 1127747058450, legal address: 115093, Moscow, 1st Shchipkovsky per., 1) of my personal data and confirm that by giving such consent, I act on my own will and in my own interest. In accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, I agree to provide information related to my personality: my last name, first name, patronymic, residential address, position, contact phone number, email address. Or, if I am a legal representative of a legal entity, I agree to provide information related to the details of the legal entity: name, legal address, types of activities, name and full name of the executive body. In the case of providing personal data of third parties, I confirm that I have received the consent of third parties, in whose interests I act, to process their personal data, including: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or changing), use , distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the implementation of any other actions with personal data in accordance with applicable law.
Consent to the processing of personal data is given by me in order to receive services provided by Media Travel Advertising LLC.
I express my consent to the implementation of the following actions with all the specified personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or changing), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the implementation of any other actions with personal data in accordance with applicable law. Data processing can be carried out with the use of automation tools, and without their use (with non-automatic processing).
When processing personal data, Media Travel Advertising LLC is not limited in the use of methods for processing them.
I hereby acknowledge and confirm that, if necessary, Media Travel Advertising LLC has the right to provide my personal data to a third party to achieve the above goals, including when third parties are involved in the provision of services for these purposes. Such third parties have the right to process personal data on the basis of this consent and to notify me of service rates, special promotions and site offers. Informing is carried out by means of telephone communication and / or by e-mail. I hereby, being the Customer of the tourist services included in the tourist product and an authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, give my consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of the persons (tourists) contained in the Application: surname, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; address of residence and registration; home and mobile phone; the address Email; as well as any other data relating to my personality and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, to the extent necessary for the implementation and provision of tourist services, including those that are part of the tourist product formed by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and data of persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by applicable law Russian Federation, with the use of automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such tools, if the processing of personal data without the use of such tools corresponds to the nature of the actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows in accordance with a given algorithm, the search for personal data recorded on a material carrier and contained in file cabinets or other systematized collections of personal data, and / or access to such personal data, as well as for the transfer (including cross-border) of this personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and the Tour Operator.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour operator and direct service providers) in order to fulfill this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement, for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues when they arise, providing information to authorized state bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).
I hereby confirm that the personal data transferred by me to the Agent are reliable and can be processed by the Agent and his authorized representatives.
I hereby give my consent to the Agent and the Tour Operator to send me e-mails/information messages to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number provided by me.
I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide personal data of the persons specified in the Application, and I undertake to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with the sanctions of the inspection authorities.
I agree (to) that the text given by me of my own free will, in my interests and in the interests of the persons specified in the Application, consent to the processing of personal data is stored electronically in a database and / or on paper and confirms the fact of consent to the processing and transfer of personal data in accordance with the above provisions and take responsibility for the accuracy of the provision of personal data.
This consent is given for an indefinite period and can be revoked at any time by me, and in terms of a particular person, the subject of personal data specified in the Application, by the specified person, by sending a written notification to the Agent by mail.

We bought the most budget option offered, and understood what we were going for, after reading the reviews, which are practically non-existent. The period of our stay in Bulgaria was from 06/07 to 06/14 (7 nights). The tour cost 157 euros for 2. The hotel is located in Sunny Beach resort on a quiet driveway street. On the left is the Harmony Suites apart-complex opposite Kasandra Aparthotel 3 *. The distance to the beach is 950 m, it's a 15-minute walk. To the MM supermarket - 1 km (to the left of the hotel, towards the aqua park), to the Mladost supermarket - 2.5 km (to the left of the hotel along the main street), but there are enough small supermarkets nearby, they are all at a distance of 50-200 meters. The hotel has two buildings of 5 floors. The hotel has practically no territory, not counting the clean pool in the center. Sun loungers can be used by the pool free of charge. There is a children's pool for children. There are a lot of greenery and flowers on the territory, which are constantly watered and they are well-groomed. It's just nice to lie by the pool and admire. There are no playgrounds on site. The hotel has different categories of rooms, when booking STRICTLY pay attention to this and specify. The first floor is just rooms WITHOUT A KITCHEN. There are rooms with a balcony door, there are just rooms with a window. But on the second and higher floors there are already rooms with a kitchen and a balcony. When we booked the rooms (ANEX operator), the description indicated "with a kitchen, without a balcony", but in fact there was no kitchen. We got room 101 on the ground floor overlooking the neighboring Harmony Suites hotel. The room has been freshly renovated. The area of the room is approximately 15-18 sq.m. (the entire area). The room has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, but disgusting thin pillows. The bed linen was clean, but washed and didn't look quite fresh. Very thin duvets, under which it is cool to sleep at night. Two bedside tables with sconces. Dressing table with a mirror. Small fridge (more like a mini-bar). Wardrobe with clothes hangers, LCD TV with several Russian channels, free air conditioning. Large window with soundproofing and curtains to block out sunlight. But the soundproofing in the room is bad, if the neighbors are talking, then you can hear it in your room. Bathroom: shower (no curtains), toilet, sink. There were no toiletries in the room either on arrival or when we arrived. There is no shelf to put your things. The towels are all right, they are clean, but because of the dampness, they did not dry out, as there was nowhere to dry. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, even got to our room. Responsive staff who do not interfere with you and will always help if necessary. If you are traveling with children, there is nothing to do in this hotel. You have to walk almost 1 km to the beach and there is nothing for children. But if you are a young couple or elderly people who want to save money, not stay in a hotel, then this is a great option. You can always walk to the embankment on foot, go to the nearest towns of Nessebar and St. Vlas by public transport (about 700 meters to the nearest stop). Buy any excursions in Bulgaria at travel agencies, which are within walking distance from the hotel. To sum up, we close our eyes to all the shortcomings, knowing how much we paid. For the price, we would definitely come again.…
